EFFICIENT DESIGN

  • We specialize in post-frame "pole buildings" - but we use laminated columns instead of rounded "poles" and many other modern design aspects and components
  • It ain't your grand-daddy's "pole barn" - these are leading-edge wood-framed building designs based on proven and approved engineering principles
  • We offer a variety of foundation options, including Perma-Column pre-cast concrete piers, Sturdi-Wall wet-set and drill-set brackets, and other post-foundation products
  • We can build post-frame on an embedded post foundation, and/or on top of a frost-protected shallow foundation or thickened-edge slab, a pier foundation, a spread footing frost wall, a trench wall or a basement wall
  • The outside plies of our 3-ply laminated columns come up on both sides of the truss and are through-bolted to create an extremely strong and resilient diaphragm, so fewer materials are needed to make our structures just as strong as something using studs, concrete block or steel
  • We can use a variety of roofing and wall finish materials both inside and outside the building, to finish it to match other structures or your personal tastes
  • We use "W" bracing, corner bracing, lateral bracing (rat runs), and wind bracing on the gable ends for an exceptionally strong structure
